Athlete Foundations and Guidance
As a Core member, you’ll begin with strength fundamentals designed for Jiu-Jitsu fighters. We focus on joint stability for grip-heavy positions, mobility for guard transitions, and full-body power for takedowns and escapes. Through structured S&C for BJJ, you’ll develop the foundation to move better and perform with control.
Access to Challenges and Events
BJJ demands both physical and mental discipline. Core members participate in challenges that simulate match fatigue, control drills, and grip endurance work. These sessions allow you to test limits and celebrate progress with a community of dedicated grapplers.
Focus Session with the Head Coach
Every plan begins with a detailed assessment of your movement, strength, and endurance. We identify what may be limiting your game, whether it’s hip mobility, grip endurance, or recovery capacity, and build a plan that improves your overall efficiency on the mats.
Access to Training App
Your plan is delivered through our coaching platform to help you stay consistent, track results, and apply feedback with ease. Whether you’re at the academy, in the gym, or training from home, your BJJ plan moves with you.
Athletes based in Manila can also book optional in-person coaching sessions at our partner hub. (Coaching fee applies.)
