Athlete Foundations and Guidance

Every runner starts with a Strength Fundamentals Training Plan, where you’ll gain a deeper understanding of movement prep, safe lifting mechanics, and how to structure your gym sessions to support your running. We also introduce you to commonly used gym tools and bodyweight routines ideal for travel or race prep.

Access to Challenges and Events

Whether it's an in-house time trial or a fun strength challenge with other runners, Kaimera Core keeps training exciting. Online and live events bring the community together and we promise, no two runners are alike, but every win is worth celebrating.

 Focus Session with the Head Coach

Every new Core member begins with a Running-Specific Movement and Fitness Assessment. This includes mobility, power, and strength metrics to identify gaps and strengths so your plan is built for your needs, not someone else’s pace.

Access to Training App

We use a platform to give you structure, track progress, and deliver coaching cues. Whether you’re at home, in the gym, or at your favorite running trail, your plan is always with you.


Athletes based in Manila can also book optional in-person coaching sessions at our partner hub. (Coaching fee applies.)

Pre-Race Prep and Race Debrief

Every quarter, you’ll receive a personalized progress report based on fitness and performance assessments. These reports will show how far you’ve come and guide the adjustments needed to keep you moving forward.
