Athlete Foundations and Guidance
As a Core member, you’ll begin with strength fundamentals tailored for Muay Thai. We focus on mobility for kicks and knees, core stability for clinch work, and joint durability for striking impact. Through structured Muay Thai Prep, you’ll build a foundation that allows you to train and fight with confidence.
Access to Challenges and Events
Training for Muay Thai is as much mental as physical. Core members take part in challenges that replicate fight demands, from conditioning circuits to heavy bag endurance tests. These sessions prepare you for the intensity of fight week and allow you to celebrate progress with a supportive community.
Focus Session with the Head Coach
The training plan starts with a full assessment of your movement, strength, and conditioning. We identify what may be holding you back, whether it is explosive striking power, balance under fatigue, or recovery between rounds, and then build a plan to sharpen your efficiency in the ring.
Access to Training App
We use a platform to provide structure, track progress, and deliver coaching cues. Whether you are at home, in the gym, or in the ring, your Muay Thai training plan is always with you.
Athletes based in Manila can also book optional in-person coaching sessions at our partner hub. (Coaching fee applies.)
Pre-Camp Prep and Post-Fight Review
Each quarter, you’ll receive a personalized report that tracks your progress in strength, endurance, and resilience. These updates show your growth, identify new goals, and keep your training aligned with upcoming fight camps and competition cycles.
