Cancellation Policy
Self-Guided Session (Open Training) Policy Self-Guided Sessions allow members to train independently without direct coach supervision and are offered only during designated open training hours, subject to availability. Relationship to Master Agreement This Policy forms part of, and is subject to, the Strength & Conditioning Participation Agreement, Waiver, Release & Membership Terms (“Master Agreement”). All waivers, assumptions of risk, releases, and limitations of liability remain in full force and effect. In case of conflict, the Master Agreement shall prevail. 1. Liability & Independent Training All participants must have a signed Liability Waiver and Health Declaration on file prior to entry. By booking a Self-Guided Session, members acknowledge they are training independently and at their own risk, without direct coaching supervision. Members agree to train within personal limits and stop immediately if pain, dizziness, or discomfort occurs. 2. Availability & Booking Self-Guided Sessions are available only during designated open training time slots and must be booked in advance through the official booking system. Access is subject to space, equipment, and capacity availability. The Center may limit, adjust, or close open training times based on programming, coaching schedules, or safety considerations. 3. Equipment Use & Facility Care Members must use equipment safely, return all equipment after use, and wipe down all surfaces. Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately. Misuse of equipment may result in suspension of access. 4. Session Duration Self-Guided Sessions are limited to a maximum of one (1) hour. Members must start and finish on time to respect other bookings. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations may be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 hour before session time. Missed sessions or late cancellations are considered used and non-refundable. 6. Safety Guidelines Members may only perform movements and use equipment they are familiar with or have been previously instructed on. Advanced or high-risk exercises should not be attempted without coaching. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Proper training attire and footwear are required. 7. Respect & Shared Space Members are expected to share equipment when necessary, maintain cleanliness, keep noise at a reasonable level, and contribute to a safe and respectful training environment
