A strength and conditioning session designed to support runners of all levels. This open house class focuses on building the strength, stability, and durability needed to run better and stay injury-resilient.

Cancellation Policy
Relationship to Master Agreement This Policy forms part of, and is subject to, the Strength & Conditioning Participation Agreement, Waiver, Release & Membership Terms (“Master Agreement”) executed by the Member. All waivers, releases, assumptions of risk, and limitations of liability remain in full force and effect. In case of conflict, the Master Agreement shall prevail. 1. Booking Requirement All 1-on-1 and Group Coach-Guided Sessions must be booked in advance. Online booking is the standard method. Assisted booking may be provided for seniors, minors, or those not comfortable with digital platforms, provided the booking is recorded in the official system, requested during staffed hours, and confirmed by staff. Walk-ins are not permitted. Sessions are confirmed only once booked through the official system. 2. Attendance & Coaching Time Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and follow coaching instructions. Late arrivals result in a shortened session and will not be extended. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may be marked as a No-Show. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Clients may reschedule up to 4 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling or cancellation within 4 hours is not permitted and will result in the session being counted as used. Sessions are non-refundable. 4. No-Show Policy A session is marked No-Show if the client fails to attend, arrives 15+ minutes late, or cancels within the 4-hour window. No-Show sessions are deducted from the client’s plan. 5. Center-Initiated Rescheduling & Safety The Center may reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, coach illness, facility or system issues, government advisories, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, sessions will not be deducted, and a reschedule or credit will be provided. Safety takes priority. 6. Safety & Conduct Clients must disclose health concerns, wear proper attire, and follow safety instructions. Coaches may modify, pause, or terminate sessions if unsafe behavior is observed. 7. Rights Reserved Kaimera Athletics Active Center reserves the right to decline or limit bookings, adjust sessions, suspend booking privileges for repeated violations, and update this policy as needed.
