Athlete Foundations and Guidance
Every first-time Spartan athlete starts with a Strength Fundamentals Training Plan. Here, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of safe movement prep, proper lifting mechanics, and structured gym sessions to support race performance. We’ll also cover commonly used tools and travel-friendly bodyweight routines so you can train consistently, even when preparing away from home.
Access to Challenges and Events
Training is more rewarding when shared. As part of this Kaimera Core training plan, you’ll have access to both group and individual challenges. These include online community challenges, live prep events, and team-based workouts that sharpen endurance, strength, and grit. Each challenge gives you the chance to test yourself and celebrate progress with others on the same Spartan journey.
Focus Session with the Head Coach
Your journey begins with clarity. Every Core member undergoes a Spartan-specific Movement and Fitness Assessment, covering mobility, power, and strength. We’ll identify your strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and build a tailored plan so you’re race-ready. This step is especially valuable if this is your Spartan Race for first timers, giving you structure from the start.

No matter where you are, this Kaimera Core training plan stays with you. Our coaching platform helps you follow structured workouts, track progress, and stay accountable. Whether you train in the gym or on your local trails, your plan adapts to your setting.
