Strong Start Summer Camp 2026 FAQs

Who is Kaimera Athletics?

Kaimera Athletics is a progress-first Strength & Conditioning community based in Palm Towers, San Antonio Village, Makati. Our mission is to help people build strong, capable bodies through structured training, safe coaching, and measurable progress for athletes, families, and everyday movers. Learn more about our team here.

Can parents watch the sessions?

Due to space limitations, parents and guardians will not be able to stay and watch during sessions. This also encourages children to develop confidence, independence, and stronger social interaction with peers during training.

How safe is the program?

Safety is our top priority. Sessions are conducted in small groups with close coach supervision, using age-appropriate strength and movement activities. Our coaches include sports science–trained professionals, youth development specialists, and experienced athletes, ensuring every child trains in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

What should my child bring?

Children should bring:

  • A water bottle

  • Comfortable athletic clothing

  • Training shoes suitable for movement

  • A positive attitude and willingness to try

All equipment needed for the session will be provided.

What happens during Challenge Day?

At the end of the program, participants will complete a Final Challenge Session where they can showcase the strength and skills they developed during the camp. This is a fun and encouraging way to celebrate progress.

Upon completion, each participant will receive:

  • Certificate of Completion

  • Strong Start Medal

  • Parent Progress Report

Where can parents park?

There is no dedicated parking available at the facility. Parking is street-side only, so we encourage parents to plan accordingly.

What time should we arrive?

Please plan to drop off your child 15 minutes before the session and pick them up 15–20 minutes after class ends to ensure smooth transitions between groups.

How are children grouped?

Participants will generally be grouped by age and development level (5–8, 9–12, and 13–16). However, depending on enrollment, there may be some mixed-age sessions.

We welcome this dynamic because it allows younger participants to learn from older role models, while older participants develop leadership, accountability, and encouragement toward younger athletes. This creates a supportive training environment where everyone grows together.
