Athlete Foundations and Guidance
As a Core member, you’ll begin with strength fundamentals designed for triathletes. We focus on mobility for efficient swim strokes, core stability for bike power transfer, and lower-body durability to withstand run impact. With guidance from a certified triathlon S&C coach, you’ll learn how to train smarter and avoid the common injuries that hold athletes back.
Access to Challenges and Events
Triathlon challenges both endurance and mental toughness. Core members take part in brick sessions, race-simulation workouts, and fatigue-based circuits that prepare your body for the unique demands of back-to-back disciplines. These events give you the chance to test yourself under pressure and celebrate progress with a supportive community of fellow triathletes.
Focus Session with the Head Coach
Every training plan begins with a detailed assessment of your movement, strength, and endurance. We pinpoint what may be holding you back, whether it is swim mechanics, cycling power output, or run economy, and then create a plan that builds your efficiency across all three legs of the race.
Access to Training App
Your program is delivered through our training platform, allowing you to follow structured sessions and track your progress from anywhere. Whether you’re logging pool laps, pushing intervals on the trainer, or heading out for long runs, your training plan is always with you.
Athletes based in Manila can also book optional in-person coaching sessions at our partner hub. (Coaching fee applies.)
Pre-Race Prep and Race Debrief
Every quarter, you’ll receive a personalized report measuring your progress in strength, endurance, and efficiency. These reports help you see where you’ve gained, identify new targets, and keep your preparation aligned with your season, from base training to peak race readiness.
