With guidance from an experienced Ultramarathon Coach, we help you integrate ultra running strength work into your training so you can endure the distance, stay injury-free, and finish stronger.

Athlete Foundations and Guidance
As a Core member, you’ll begin with strength fundamentals designed for ultra runners. We focus on mobility for efficient stride mechanics, core and hip stability for climbing and descents, and lower-body durability for long hours on the trail. With Ultramarathon Strength Training, you’ll build the foundation to handle back-to-back long runs and late-race fatigue.
Access to Challenges and Events
Ultramarathon training is as much mental as it is physical. Core members take part in challenges that simulate race conditions, from back-to-back long run simulations to strength circuits that mimic late-race fatigue. These sessions allow you to test limits and celebrate progress with fellow ultra runners.
Focus Session with the Head Coach
Every training plan starts with a detailed assessment of your movement, strength, and endurance. We identify what may be holding you back, whether it is uphill power, downhill stability, or fatigue resistance, and then create a plan that improves efficiency across every mile.
Access to Training App
Your training is delivered through our platform, giving you structure, feedback, and progress tracking whether you are on the trails, at home, or in the gym.
Athletes based in Manila can also book optional in-person coaching sessions at our partner hub. (Coaching fee applies.)
Pre-Race Prep and Race Debrief
Each quarter, you’ll receive a personalized report that tracks your strength, endurance, and resilience. These updates highlight your gains, identify new goals, and keep your training aligned with your ultramarathon season from base building to peak race readiness.
